- Preparation of Control Budget with Margins (In coordination with HO) and its tracking for the project.
- Preparation of Work Orders (Item Rate & LS Contract/ Purchase Orders.
- Preparation of statement for claims for Variation, Escalation, EOT and Idealing of manpower & Machinery.
- Managing project activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management, manpower planning & liaising with consultants & contractors
