Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Bangalore location.  

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit goals, with a focus on expanding market share, both locally in Bangalore.

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adjust the sales strategy and product offerings accordingly.

Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and targets, and regularly report on progress and performance against these targets.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports and analyses to the senior management team, offering insights into performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key accounts, distribution partners, and other stakeholders to secure advantageous terms and agreements.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven track record in a sales management role,

With a minimum 2-5 years of experience in the stationery products industry.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer behavior in the stationery industry.

A dubai based adhesive tape manufacturing company. Manufacturing tapes like, bopp, masking, PVC insulation, stationary, printer bopp, duct, aluminium, foam, tapes and also stretch films. Mostly used by logistics, corporates and all kind of business.
