Medical Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Female Medical Representative, for our MHCP (Menstrual Health Care Product), having graduation degree/ diploma with good experience of sales/marketing in Delhi & NCR. MR has to visit/interact gynaecologist, female health coaches/consultants, hospitals and large clinics for MHCP (Menstrual Health Care Product).

Job Types: Full-time
Salary: ₹ 3,00,000 - ₹4, 00,000 per annum + Incentives
Schedule: Day shift
Education: Graduate (Preferred) 
Experience: 2 years (Medical Sales)

Medical Representative Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Meeting doctors regularly and periodically to promote company product and getting product trial and feedback within provided stipulated time.
• To remind the doctors of your brand so that the doctor can generate prescriptions.
• Building and maintaining good business relationships with doctors to encourage repeat purchases.
• Following up on leads generated.
• Educating healthcare specialists about the proper usage, dosage and potential side effects of nutraceutical products.
• To achieve coverage and frequency of targeted customers as defined by the company
• Develop and manage an assigned territory with the goals of maximizing sales.
• Meet minimum 6 target call goals daily with a focus on top customers.
• Achieve quarterly and annually sales goals along with payment clearance from doctors.
• Record Keeping and reporting daily on CRM software provided by the company.
• Keep your mobile phone active during working hours with battery backup
