• Managing a team sales officer and Handling sales of Gold loan through mode of Open Market.
• Achieve contributed value targets set for the Branches.
• Ensure sales volumes for Gold loan product, sourcing quality & underwriting diligence to meet sales targets while
controlling delinquencies and frauds.
• Provide superior customer experience
• Minimize pre & post disbursal discrepancies.
