Planning :
- Detailed Planning and Cost estimation for Project Activities under Civil and Structural/Mechanical and Piping/Electrical/ Instrumentation.
- Ensuring that projects are completed in time, within the budget and deliver the intended performance.
Basic and detailed Engineering :
- Preparation of Plot Plan/Equipment layout/piping layouts in Auto Cad.
- Preparation and checking specifications for Process and Utility equipment/Piping/Mechanical /Electrical/Civil and raising Purchase Indents for equipment and material.
- Estimation of BOQ for Process/Mechanical/Electrical jobs for the Project.
- Sizing of Process equipment and pipe lines.
Monitoring Project implementation :
- Supervision of the project activities to ensure quality, and tracking of project on a daily basis in MS Projects to ensure timely completion
- Management/Co-ordination with contractors to ensure smooth progress of activities under Projects.
- Inspection/Installation and Commissioning of Plant/Process equipment.
- Verification of work and scrutiny of bills for supplies/ work done by external Contractors.
