Job Description:

Qualification: MBA (Marketing) with Science graduate background OR BE/ B-Tech preferably in Polymers.
Male/Female Candidate with age @ 30-35 yrs preferably resident of Pune.
Experience: 2 to 6 yrs relevant experience in selling polymers/ masterbatches.
Salary Package: 4 to 6 Lakhs PA depending on his experience & spark.

Work location: in Pune

Good Presentation & Communication Skills.
Should have Knack of maintaining Client Relationships
Good Negotiation skills & Strives hard on Meeting Sales Goals
Independent learner, Self-Motivated & executor.
Right attitude & good aptitude.
Should have good computer/ Google Search Engine knowledge along with Social Media acumen like Linkedin etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business development of Biopolymers (Effective alternative to Plastic ban) within plastic conversion industry.
2. To identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
3. To sell various biopolymer products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers/ prospects by recommending required suitable solutions.
4. To be able to judge the potential of business and generate lead by Market survey and intelligence.
5. To tackle technical queries by understanding process & client needs by effective interactions with customers .
6. To determine new opportunities by analysing business needs. To keep watch on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Finalize various orders within pricing policy of organization.
7. Conducting trials at customer’s plant locations as a part of business development.
8. To perform sales promotional activities as a part of brand building & market development efforts like Exhibitions, Workshops, presentations etc.
9. To prepare monthly & quarterly MIS reports, visit reports, action plans on weekly & monthly basis along with forecasting.
10. To achieve the monthly sales - penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones & customer visit targets.
