Maintenance Manager for Silvassa

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Engineer who will ensure that industrial
machinery and equipment run smoothly and reliably. you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities
are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.

1. Maintenance Responsibilities

? Extensive understanding of how equipment works
? Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
? Ensuring that machinery and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime
? Responding to breakdowns
? Enforce safety and safety regulations
? Implement cost-saving strategies and techniques
? Ensure all repair issues are resolved within timelines and equipment is properly maintained
? Evaluate condition of production equipment and take corrective action where necessary
? Establishing different maintenance procedures and protocols
? Supervising and training other Maintenance Technicians
? Testing equipment for performance and compliance with safety regulations
? Coordinates work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants.
? Strictly adhere to Organization operation policies & guidelines

2. Documentation and Reports
? Maintain maintenance logs and report on an everyday basis
? Making detailed reports about the maintenance and repairs completed
? Managing stocks of the machine and spare parts.
? Coordinates work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants and
maintain a record for the same.

? Report any unsafe equipment, working conditions and practices to the Production Head and
maintain a record of it.
? Enforce company policies and guidelines

Qualifications & Experience
? Any bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance .
? Experience in the maintenance of various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
? Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines
? Excellent organizational and leadership skills 
? Resourceful, energetic and driven
? Ability to work independently and with the team
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
