We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to strategise, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Your creative thinking, analytical skills, and passion for digital marketing will contribute to our brand's online presence and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, visuals, and messaging for digital campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including content scheduling and posting.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, deriving insights to optimize strategies.
  • Assist with SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content SEO.
  • Support email marketing campaigns by contributing to content creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Manage social media accounts, engaging with audiences and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized digital marketing projects.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for creative campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist in tracking and managing budgets for digital marketing activities.
  • Help maintain and update the company website to ensure it reflects current marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing digital assets.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in ad hoc tasks and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a coordination or assistant role.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and emerging digital platforms.
  • Previous experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools is a plus.
