Responsible for supervising staff and operations of a designated shift at the dispatch center;
ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and standards to enable the safety of all public safety responders and the public; performs dispatcher duties as required.
Manages the daily work of the assigned dispatch to plan, execute, monitor and manage a component of assigned drivers/equipment and implement customer plans, routes, schedules, and to pick up or deliver freight.
