JOB PROFILE
- VMC (AMS-fanuc control oi31 mate-micromatic tool) operating and setting.
- Part (DIE) setting and manual programming (2D).
- Verified machines setting and programme control data for accuracy.
- Post a 3D programme through DNC software to machine.
- Set controls and regulated speed, feed, coolant flow and angle of cut.
- Daily work management like action plan monitoring rework and rejection.
- Support company production requirement at all times.
