Job Description:

Internal Audit: Conduct internal audits of infrastructure projects to assess compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.

Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate risks associated with construction site audits and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

Documentation: Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to be taken.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with project teams to improve internal processes and controls, enhancing project efficiency and quality.

Compliance: Ensure that audits are conducted in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the quality of audit work, providing guidance and feedback to audit teams as needed.

Communication: Effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to project stakeholders, both in written reports and verbal presentations.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes relevant to construction site audits.

We perform Construction Site Audits of EPC & BOT Road Projects, Tunnel & Bridge Projects, Industrial Projects, Metro & Rail Projects, Water Treatment Plants, Power Projects, Transmission and Distribution Projects, Real Estate – Residential & Commercial Projects, Institutional and Civil Projects.
We, the construction site auditors, are the project manager’s right hand on major projects. We provide support to Project manager by verifying the details of project cost, providing analysis of alternatives, evaluating billings, checking the work done by the subcontractors, evaluation of the SOP’s, systems and internal controls, suggesting improvement in systems and procedures including documentation, Industry benchmarking, checking frauds and Theft and wastages.
