Researching and identifying potential start-ups clients through various channels such as social media,industry events,and online forums

Reaching out to start-ups to introduce our company's products and services

Building and maintaining relationships with start-ups clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty

Collaborating with other departments such as Marketing,sales to develop effective strategies for engaging with start-ups.

Providing feedback and insights to the company's leadership team on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business,marketing,or a related field

Proven experience in business development or sales,preferably in a start-up environment

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously

Understanding of the start-up ecosystem and the challenges faced by early-stage businesses

Description :

Responsible for managing and responding to all inquiries and concerns from our investors via email.

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business administration or a related field preferred

3+years of experience in customer service management,specifically in investor relations.

Excellent communication skills,both written and verbal.

Strong Leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure

Experience with customer service software and tools
