Maintenance Engineer job for Electronic mfg Company in Ahmednagar

Job Description:

DME/ BE (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics) with 2-5 years experience in maintenance of plant machineries & equipments.

Job profile:
- Handling Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of plant machines
- Attending breakdown maintenance of machines like ds/dd exposures, Deburring m/c, shadow m/c, Plating m/c caused due to electronic & electrcal problems. Maintenance and repairs of electronic equipment.
- Analytical studies of machine breakdown & makes change in PM check list if necessary.
- Familiar with MTTR & MTBF.
- Attend & troubleshoot breakdown in the shift to ensure uninterrupted operation of the plant.
- Prepare a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly Preventive Maintenance Plan for every machine, equipment & material handling equipment & carry out PM as per schedule.
- Execute PM schedule to ensure higher uptime of all machines & equipments.
- Ensure availability of spares inventory in line.
- Handling team of technical associates.
- Monitoring fire fighting equipments.
- Promote OH&S within the organization to safer & healthier way of working.
- Familiar to ISO documentation.
- Identify & test work areas for potential accident & health hazards such as toxic fumes & implement appropriate control measures.
