Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Manager - Who is having a good experience in Project Management, Large Scale Operation, and Customer Handling.

Role and Responsibility:

Design Project roadmap, key metrics, efficient management of loyalty program, and overall engagement strategy for the customers
Manage end-to-end campaigns and engage customers through relevant communication.
Split customers into segments, analyze trends, and strategize loyalty programs.
Increase usage of client applications and adaptation.
Prepare communication strategies and execute them through in-house teams as well as agencies in the best efficient and economical way.
Manage team and internal team coordination
Manage escalations
Market visit and competition knowledge
Develop relationships and provide personalized service to key customers
Keep both management and our corporate clients, aware of the outcome of the CRM program with insightful reports and presentations
Point redemption and gift distribution track
Maintaining TAT for all campaigns and redemption of points
Closely work with the client's sales and marketing team.
End to End Project ownership

Apart from this, you have to contribute in

Team hiring/training team for the project
Weekly and monthly review meetings with top management of clients and share the future roadmap.
CRM training for client’s sales team and customers
Monthly audits for process compliance
Maintaining the productivity of the team
Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.

Desired Skills

Very strong background in Excel and strong analytical skills
Very strong background in PowerPoint and a good presenter
Experience in the team and project management
Exposure to sales, marketing, and MIS.
You should be an excellent communicator and have exposure to work in corporate culture
Must be proficient in English & Hindi, speaking and writing
Ability to get your foot in the door - in partner organizations

Qualifications

MBA from a recognized institute with min. 5 years of experience in operations and project management.
Prior experience in a frontline role/ enterprise marketing in the Tyre industry is preferred
