Job Description:
1.Worked as an Office Administrator.
2.Maintain staff as well as labour record and payment.
3.Preparing of bank report & cash transaction and generated expense reports.
4.Responsible for maintaining the records of office inventory.
5.Handover the all counter cash, maintain all counter cash & records.
6.Distributing the stationery as per requirement and keeping the record. Checking the availability of other required things and ordering for them.
7.Coordinating with the dealers, suppliers and vendors.
8.Making quotation, responding the mails.
9.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for supervisors and managers.
10.Maintain stocks register, Recovering Managements, Maintain Inward & Outward Register. 
11.Maintain office schedule to synchronize work flow and meetings.
12.Responsible for handling the petty cash and keeping the record of expenses.
13.Excellent knowledge in application of MS-office also doing search engine to meet company objective
