Store Incharge for Silvassa

Job Description:

? Responsible for overall operations of the Store at Plant.
? Proper coordination & communication with the plant and other team members for smooth &
transparent supply chain operations.
? Monitor all inventory control processes and document all procedures to maintain all equipment
and tools.
? Monitor all inbound and outbound inventory, and maintain records for the same.
? Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of stockroom.
? Ensure that physical verification is carried out of the entire inventory every month end and
resolve for inaccuracies if any and report the same to the concerned authority.
? Ensure that the goods are classified and stacked accordingly to its specification and ensure their
custody.
? Determine and ensure optimal security of all materials and arrange for all shipments as per plan.
? Manage all communication with Production and Sales departments to cater to their
requirements on a timely basis.
? Implement cost-saving strategies and techniques
? Strictly adhere to Organization operation policies & guidelines

Documentation and Reports

? Prepare and update all required paperwork on regular basis and ensure accuracy in all inventory
records and resolve issues if any.
? Maintain records of all variances according to established procedures and ensure accuracy of all
inventory transfers between inter plants.
? Maintain and share daily and monthly MIS reports with the plant head and other concerned
departments as and when required.
? Enforce company policies and guidelines

Qualifications & Experience
? Graduate in Commerce with minimum 5 years of experience in store management at the
factory level.
? Must have knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets and should be able to write email by his/her
own.
? Basis tally knowledge is mandatory
? Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines

? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
