Job Description:

Tele-calling /Tele-facing/ and limited F2F to acquire new donors or retain our existing donor and increase their support to programmes through up-sell and cross-sell pitches

Engage the existing donors of WAI and work on increasing the Average donation size through relationship building.

Acquire new donors or retain the existing donor by maintaining on the Average donation size through calls or meeting.

Fetch new HNI and corporate donor prospects and MEET/CALL to close the high-end prospects

Reach out to warm leads generated through digital campaigns and convert them to WAI donors.

Prepare performance Report and submit it to the process lead for evaluation.

Meet/ Call existing HNI donors for relationship building, developing loyalty towards WAI and convince them to donate.

Listen to the donor for any grievances and suggestions to improve our services

Learn more about the donor and build individual profiles for better targeting and conversion while also increasing efficiency of operation

Provide feedback to the reporting manager regarding needs and expectations of the donors

Build good relationships with donors with mutual respect
