Job Description:

Qualification: B.E. - Mechanical / Dip. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: min 10 to 15 Years in Foundry Industry
Work location: Bhosari in Pune

Job description:
1. Hands on Experience on Sand plant equipment (Mixer, RTC, Muilticooler, Bucket elevator, belts, vibrofeeders, Pneumatic conveying, Dust collector etc.), Moulding line,Utility equipment, Pump house equipment.
2. Exposure to breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance and other plant maintenance skills, MTTR, MTBF etc.
3. Maintain machinery to ensure at working standard by monitoring expenses, Critical spare part , indigenous spare part development and budget control
4. Documentation readiness as per IATF standard with additional knowledge of SAP
5. Allocate work load and supervise the down line team.
6. Power consumption awareness, Safety awareness and Kaizen knowledge
