Sales Engineer - Industrial Sales - Mechanical

Job Description:

Engineering Diploma/Graduate, preferably Mechanical, + Postgraduate Diploma/Degree in (Marketing optional)

Male/ Female Candidate

Location : Baroda

• Preferably : Mechanical or  Metallurgy.
• Experience in front-line sales: minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in industrial sales
• Well versed in business communication skills (verbal and written).
• Fluency in English is required (knowledge of any South Indian language preferred).
• Should be conversant with sales documentation
• Willingness to travel throughout India.
• ERP Knowledge is required.
• Proficiency in Engineering drawing is a must
• Added Advantage  : Auto CAD, Solid Works, Solid Edge, Creo, Inventor

 Detailed Work Profile:

• Target oriented Sales promotion by meeting customers and generating lead and conversion to order.
• Knowledge in preparing Sales documentations, such as quotations, proforma invoice, sales order, Dispatch execution sheet.
• Preparing payment Vouchers & telephonic follow up with customers for payment.
• Building a data base in terms of collecting customer’s feedback on our mould by either meeting customer or telephonic follow up.
• Handling customer complaints  & resolving
• Preparing questionnaire and market research
• Respond to customer complaints
