Qualification: Mandatory – Graduation, Preferred – Graduation + MBA (Marketing) Engineering graduation is preferred

Gender: Male / Female
Experience: Number of Years – 5-8 years in Auto Component / Auto Lubricants (Retail)
Function – Marketing, Branding, Dealer Development, Channel Communication, Retailer engagement programs, BTL Activity management.
Marketing, Branding, Communication, Program Management, Retail Management, Customer Satisfaction.
Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:
- Retail Engagement Program management exposure.
- Knowledge of Packaging & related laws.
- Dealer (Stockist) development activities / programs
- Knowledge on
-Design management
-Brand Promotion Campaign management,
-Brand Visibility Methods / Channels
-In-Store Graphics and Brand management
5.Customer satisfaction Studies (Retail / Stockist)
6.Strong analytical and presentation skills
Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:
- Dealer Development Activity development / Management.
- Customer Satisfaction Studies (Stockist / Retail)
- Retail channel program expansion & management
- QR Code project implementation
- Retailer / Garage level Brand visibility initiatives and activity management
- Mechanic Loyalty/demand generation program development & management
- Stockist Performance matrix preparation and development plan to monitor in conjunction with AM / RM.
Computer/ System knowledge & skills required:
- Strong in Excel and Power Presentation Skills.
- Through knowledge of brand communication tools and channels.
- Strong knowledge on retail behavior and loyalty program management.
- Strong understanding of stakeholders in the retailing business like retailers and mechanics.
