JOB TITLE - Electrical Estimation Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION -
We' re looking for an Electrical Estimator who is experienced in both commercial and residential
projects. The ideal candidate will be able to take on multiple projects at once and deliver accurate
estimates in a timely manner. If you are a self-starter with a positive attitude, then we want to hear
from you!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -
? Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations
? Find and choose a supplier
? Collecting quotations from various vendors and negotiating the prices and other terms &
conditions.
? Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
? Responsible for the preparation and process of purchase orders and documents in accordance with
company policies and procedures.
? Follow up the material vigorously with the suppliers to ensure the dispatch on time for
production
? Setting up the weekly, monthly, and quarterly procurement plan.
? Focus on Customer Satisfaction.
