Job Description:
Accountabilities-
- To gather market intelligence through Retail Call Prescription Audit (RCPA) at chemist counters, and enquire about prescription habits of healthcare professionals
- To meet or exceed sales targets through regular visits to healthcare professionals
- To develop territory mapping to ensure effective level of call frequency on targeted hospitals and practitioners to advance the sales cycle.
- To plan and organize sales strategies in accordance with the gathered market intelligence
- To develop and execute business plan for territory with sales plan at the hospital and health care professional level.
- To execute the plan to accomplish goals as per current sales and marketing direction.
- o meet the stockists and distributors and ensure sufficient inventory
- To complete administrative assignments in a timely manner, maintaining customer records, completing daily call notes and recording of samples. Needs to acclimatize quickly and use various technology tools
Required Capabilities-
- Willingness to travel daily
- Should be able to learn mechanism of action of molecules and clinical application concepts easily
- Adaptability is critical to quickly respond to changing situations and priorities
- Demonstrate strong problem solving and decision making acclimating to various customer needs, interests and processes
- Should have patience, perseverance, positive attitude and confidence
