Job Duties:
? Machine Erection
?

Complete Commissioning of 150MT Double wire Paper plant, and other preparatory equipment's.
Erection and commissioning of Multi stage, horizontal Spindle, Axial Flow, Impulse Steam Turbine ,
Turbine (Kessels)

?
?
Steam line, Air line, Hydraulic line, piping work
Whole plant (shed, truss, machine) Fabrication work
Fire line system installation.
Analyze all root causes for all fabrication issues and resolve same and implement all new process tools
according to requirement.

Planning manpower, machine, material to increase productivity and reduce costs.
? Maintenance & Operation

Made preventive maintenance schedules and assure it should follow strictly.
Looking after production and operation of whole plant.
Responsible for managing, processing and coordinating engineering change requests.
Plan and coordinate the implementation of design change notices by prioritizing/ acting as
appropriate for complex and/or urgent cases.

New development and modifications done to minimize breakdown maintenance and to increase efficiency of
machine.

Handling Purchase and spare procurement of plant.
To obtain, examine & evaluate the quotations of various items received from suppliers.
Preparing and submitting data regarding GPCB, CGWA, Boiler Passing, etc.
