We are looking to hire a Business Analyst (BA) who will work closely with the Business Development (BD) teams in the U.S. and India. BAs should have a knack for understanding business processes and have a deep-seated interest in learning innovative technologies and developing automation systems for the future. S/he will be primarily responsible for analyzing client business processes, defining the automation value proposition and identifying opportunities for process automation that increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk within the client business operation.

 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):  

·         Structure, analyze, and synthesize operational process information.

·         Understand the risks and dependencies associated with a business process.

·         Identify any automation blockers and the suitability of a process for automation.

·         Develop standard operating procedures for discovered processes.

·         Ensure automation requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development.

·         Create well-organized, focused, and in-depth documents.

·         Manage multiple research requests simultaneously.

·         Propose recommendations for process improvement.

·         Build elegant mathematical models for effort estimation calculations

 

Expected Experience: 

·         University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Design, or equivalent.

·         1 – 3 years of experience.

 

Expected Skills:

·         Ability to learn and grasp any problem quickly.

·         Ability to simplify and concisely convey complex business ideas.

·         Ability to think creatively and solve problems. 

·         Strong data modelling skills.

·         Strong querying skills

·         Basic programming skills

·         Proficiency in MS Excel

·         Demonstrated decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Impeccable attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills.

·         Must be a team player and able to build strong working relationship.

·         Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

 

Bonus Skills:

·         Attitude and willingness to learn almost anything.

·         Experience delivering to clients (and client interactions).

  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite
