Job Description:

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, Plastic with 7 to 12 yrs experience in Quality department for Plastic injection molding unit.

Job profile:
Understand customer requirements and expectations and translate them into tangible product design and services.
For design of the product so as to meet the customer requirements SOR /Technical input data /Drawings. Evaluate the customer drawings and Competitive and benchmark samples
To Design and develop the products as per Market & business requiremnt
To Manage the product design and development Tooling, part and BOP development by functioning as a link between Customer and we. Resolving all technical issues at all stages of product design and development.
design verification and validation as per requirements of customer
Allocation of responsibilities toAPQP team  . To ensure Co-ordination between various functions & C.FT approach. To do the Project Monitoring of timeline to agreed Product Launch date.
To monitor Project cost control.
To ensure Flawless launches.
Customer approval for new project,
Implementation Project as per APQP procedures and contribute to the IATF 16949
Develop Engineering capabilities for design and development of Auto Components.
Perform Value engineering and achieve cost reduction.

Salary: Rs 5.0 to 7.0 Lac per annum
