Job Description:

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, Plastic with 7 to 12 yrs experience in Quality department for Plastic injection molding unit.

Job profile:
To analyse the warranty failure ,customer line rejections & In process rejections, periodical lab test failed switches,Inward rejections -analyse ,Implement the CAPA, To analyse the DICA trend
Analyse the poke yoke opportunities, Implement the poke yoke plan
To ensure inward parts quality as per the QP/Drawings so as to ensure defect free parts during our Assembly.
To Ensure defect free product delivered to the customer and to achieve the customer agreed targets are met with regard to Product Quality and warranty.
Lead the deployment & use of corrective and preventive action.
To independently head the quality team of IQA/SQA/IPQA/FPQA
lead the engineering team &tool maintenance

Salary: Rs 5.0 to 7.0 Lac per annum
