Job Description:

 

PERSON REQUIRED FOR POST OF Senior HR Manager (manufacturing of HDPE/PP woven fabrics & sacks)

 

  1. Must be at least a Graduate / MBA in HR will be added advantage.

 

  1. 8-10 yrs of work experience as manager in HR department.

 

  1. Should posses’ strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

  1. Should have thorough knowledge of statutory and labour laws.

 

  1. A good knowledge of employment law and company policies relating to personnel.

 

  1. Must lead and direct the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.

 

  1. Must be capable of taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity

 

  1. Conduct interviews for the candidates.

 

  1. Has to plan and implement new HR policies, procedures and processes in adherence to company law.

 

  1. Payroll management.
