Senior HR Manager
Job Description:
PERSON REQUIRED FOR POST OF Senior HR Manager (manufacturing of HDPE/PP woven fabrics & sacks)
- Must be at least a Graduate / MBA in HR will be added advantage.
- 8-10 yrs of work experience as manager in HR department.
- Should posses’ strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have thorough knowledge of statutory and labour laws.
- A good knowledge of employment law and company policies relating to personnel.
- Must lead and direct the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
- Must be capable of taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity
- Conduct interviews for the candidates.
- Has to plan and implement new HR policies, procedures and processes in adherence to company law.
- Payroll management.
