Job Description:

Job Role:

Brand Managers for following Verticals: Gold, Diamond and Silver.

Could involve other businesses and also Corporate Brand Management and other Special Projects that may come up.

 

Main Tasks:

  • The incumbent will be responsible for Planning & developing Marketing Campaigns, basis business objectives, the Marketing Calendar, competitive landscape, Opportunities and Management briefings.

 

  • Guide In-house visualiser to design Marketing and other relevant elements for business & Corporate brand building

 

  • Collaborate with Digital Manager for the Campaigns to flow seamlessly on to Digital platforms

 

  • Interact effectively, powerfully & strategically with Creative & Media agencies to develop relevant layouts & media plans to help achieve business objectives. Identify new media opportunities & help improve ROI

 

  • Work closely with Internal & external partners like Business Teams, Other departments within the group, Vendors etc for TIMELY conclusion of Branding / Marketing activities planned

 

  • Monitor & track impact of activities undertaken on various business KPIs

 

  • Monitor competition on aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities and course correct our strategy if required

 

  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of product launches and marketing programs by creating, recommending and implementing processes that encourage product innovation and market orientation. (Go to market speed, trends analysis, and new product development). Most Critical Support to Business in Growing & Expanding the Business, in short term & long term.

Areas of Responsibility:

Observe trends & new happenings in the market. Be on the look-out to identify & explore new ideas. Identify growth-areas, areas of improvement. Add value to the businesses & Brand.

Strategic long-term thinking on building a differentiated brand ahead of the competition current & future and ahead of changing consumer needs & wants.

Eventually build such strong aspirational brand that potential customers are naturally pulled in and also are keen advocates for our brand.
