Job Description:

Position Title: Business Development Manager

Travel Required: Yes

Education Essential and Preferred: Graduate with any discipline (Pref. B.E. Mechanical)

Job Description:

1. Identify and understand customer application and requirement and develop the required product in co-ordination with plant and fabrication Unit
2. Constantly work on new developments for value added Products
3. Continuous effort on improving value addition through developments
4. Work on continuous growth of Fabrication Items / unit sales
5. Develop Application Procedures/ Process/ Presentation/ Write-up at product level
6. Training of Sales Team for new developments ( products / applications )
7. Monitoring & review of duplication of any developments ( Product or application )
8. Exhibition participation, subsequent activities like follow up mails/calls
9. Timely submission of MIS reports as per schedule
10. Market survey on new products.
11. Continuous upgradation of knowledge on new developments
12. Ensure real time entries of development activities in NBD Portal

Skill:
- He would be a person good in leadership and selling skills
- Good in communication skills
- Strong in creating relations.
