Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the executive team and contribute to the smooth operations of our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and gather data to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Perform general office management duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a manufacturing company.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and provide appropriate support.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
