- Strong communication skills.
- PC programs – MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Strong written and verbal skills necessary.
- Product familiarity
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Graduation degree preferred.
5+ years of sales experience preferably managing distributors.
Experience working with Distributors / Channel Partners.
Proven sales management performance.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures. Create and execute the branch business plan. Ensure store profitability and manage and develop branch personnel. Plan, implement, and manages areas of responsibility to facilitate continuous improvement and personal growth while supporting company goals, missions, and vision. Provide sound leadership for the branch.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining and increasing sales of Company's products
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding Distributor/Dealer base
- Servicing the needs of your existing Distributors/Dealers.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes in the market
- Setting sales targets for individual sales personnel and your team as a whole
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Create Territory Sales Manager goals
- Assists TSMs/SSE/SE/MSR with identifying areas to focus and target.
- Assures TSM daily tasks are productive & profitable.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Dealing with some major Distributor accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date information/Data on products and competitors
- Implement the Marketing plans that are developed by the company.
- Make sales calls with Distributor salespeople.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
