Planning
- Scheduling for pre tendering stage projects with detailed planning
- Schedule for ongoing projects with detailed planning
- Prepare cash flow for ongoing projects
- Prepare Resource Chart ( Labour & material), organization chart and staff deployment plan
Monitoring all ongoing projects
- Tracking of progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Tracking of cash flow ( Plan Vs Actuals)
- Tracking of resource ( Plan Vs Actuals)
Operations
- Coordinating with site teams on regular basis and attending meetings with clients and vendors for progress review or any other site issues
- Preparing catchup schedules for delayed activities and preparing revised schedule for the activities that can’t caught up for the projects
- Highlighting all major issues faced at site level to management for finding solutions
- All the working need to be done through ERP
Desired Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role handling multiple projects from a contracting firm
- Experience in handling multiple residential buildings MUST
- Diploma / BE - Civil
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal Relationships
- Local Candidates preferred (command over local language is a must)
- Strong Skills in MS office ( Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Good Understanding within in the Industry
- Should be passionate about the role and have ability to lead.
- Should have a never give up attitude
