Job Description:

Job Role
The Marketing and Communications Specialist will be responsible for the development and
supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for company within the UK. You will
oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive
marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for managing and promoting company solutions
and services as well as executing new global product launches, and services to meet profitability
goals and targets.
Primary Responsibilities
? Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and
plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities
? Continuously monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments to inform the development and evolution of marketing and communication
plans
? Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand guidelines
? Coordinating and collaborating with internal teams, such as design and web
development, to ensure all communication is consistent with the brand
? Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand
generation, lead generation, etc.
? Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required
? Managing communications spending and working with vendors and agencies to create
and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
? Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales-oriented content in order
to generate high-quality sales leads
? Collaborate with product managers to develop product positioning and messaging that
resonates with the target audience
? Creating reports and presenting results and insights to senior management.

Key Requirements
? You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
? You have prior experience of 7-8 years in a similar role
? You have exceptional verbal & written communication skills
? You are proficient in developing, executing, and measuring demand-generation programs
that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel
? Strong knowledge of content development and SEM
? You have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple
and competing priorities simultaneously
? You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with
different team members and stakeholders.
