Job Description:

Job Responsibilities
SEO
? Conducting keyword research to identify high-value search terms that can drive traffic and
conversions to a website
? Optimizing website content, including headlines, meta tags, images, and copy, to improve
search engine rankings for targeted keywords
? Developing and executing link-building (netlink and backlink) strategies to improve in-site
navigation and increase authority score.
? Monitoring search engine rankings and organic traffic, and using tools such as Google
Analytics and Search Console to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement
? Conducting technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues that may be negatively impacting
search engine rankings and visibility (404, Core web Vitals issues, etc)
? Staying up-to-date on changes to search engine algorithms and guidelines, and adjusting
strategies and tactics as needed to maintain and improve rankings
? Collaborating with content creators, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that
SEO best practices are incorporated into all aspects of website development and content
creation
? Developing and executing local SEO strategies to increase visibility and rankings for
businesses with physical locations
? Conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities to improve rankings and visibility
relative to competitors
? Creating and monitoring performance reports to track progress, identify trends, and
communicate results to stakeholders
SEA
? Manage and optimize search engine advertising campaigns (Google AdWords and
experience Bing Ads is a plus) at local and global scale.
? Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad group structuring to improve campaign
performance.
? Conducting A/B testing and implementing best practices to optimize website and landing
page performance for increased conversion rates.
? Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve
campaign performance.
? Collaborate with other digital marketing team members to develop integrated campaigns
and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas to
improve campaign performance.

Social Media
? Create and curate engaging social media content, including written copy, graphics, and
videos.
? Managing social media accounts (e.g. Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram) and developing social
media strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase followers.
? Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and generate insights to improve
engagement and conversion rates.
? Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and
recommend new strategies to increase brand awareness and online presence.
Desired Skills And Experience
Skills:
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and identify opportunities for
improvement.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with
stakeholders and team members.
? Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative digital marketing
strategies and campaigns.
? Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as lead generation, conversion
optimization, and customer acquisition.
? Strong project management skills to effectively manage campaigns and initiatives from
conception to execution.
? Proven records of SEO strategies implementation from content and technical point of view
? Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factor
? Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Search
Console, AdWords, SEMrush, Ahrefs or equivalent and social media management platforms.
? Familiarity with WordPress.
? Proven records of SEA campaigns from creation to optimization
? Relevant certifications such as Google AdWords, Analytics or SEO certifications is a plus.
? Experience with data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Google
Data Studio is a plus.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Marketing, or a related field.
? 2 years of professional experience at a similar position
? Fluent in English, other(s) language(s) is a plus
