Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our brand communication and consulting company. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients, fostering strong relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of brand communication and consulting services. With a combination of technology, experience, and expertise, we empower brands to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities by actively researching and targeting potential clients in the relevant industries.
  2. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively managing leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales process.
  3. Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  4. Present and demonstrate our brand communication and consulting services to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition and how it aligns with their requirements.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and consulting, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client objectives.
  6. Conduct effective sales negotiations, addressing client queries, objections, and concerns, and working towards mutually beneficial agreements and contracts.
  7. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team's objectives.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  9. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote company services.
  10. Build and nurture long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in sales, from entertainment domain should have knowledge In selling movie promotions and television promotions environment, with a focus on selling brand communication or consulting services along with excellent sales skills with proven numbers in current organisation and past track records
  2. Strong knowledge and understanding of brand communication strategies, marketing principles, and industry trends.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and deliver compelling presentations.
  4. Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and effectively close sales deals.
  5. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client experiences.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  8. Strong negotiation and objection handling skills, with a focus on building win-win partnerships.
  9. Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
  10. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Other Benefits : 1 percent incentive of sales generated and plus yearly bonus on profits and plus retention bonus of 2 years and above working with us and plus a festival bonus after confirmation of employment after successful completion of the probation period of 6 months
