Job Description:

Recruitment and Selection

  • Managing the recruitment life- cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources (Referrals, IJP’s, Job portals, Campus hiring, Consultants, LinkedIn etc.) after identification of manpower requirements for new/ existing departments, following grids and bands for hiring and salary. Executing the entire gamut of task in recruitment in encompassing sourcing, screening, selection. Proper maintenance of Interview Grid and Band along with all other processes.

 

Performance Appraisal

  • Conduct performance appraisals basis KRA scores & competency scores once in a year and reward the employees through salary increment and promotions as applicable in the zone. Performance Improvement plans for low performers are also executed. Performance Management – Introduced formal KRA/ KPI across hierarchy. By annual performance evaluation
  • Performance appraisal conducted on the basis of competency mapping of employees periodically for evaluating their performance levels and to compensate them by way of salary increments and promotions.
  • Proper implementation of redesigned performance management system.

 

Training and Development

  • Carrying out induction/ orientation program for the new recruits.
  • Planning, scheduling and conducting training programs in consultation with various departmental heads and also coordinating in the selection of skilled trainers.
  • Planning, scheduling, conducting and execution of product trainings, policy and procedure trainings, video training, e-learning, classroom trainings, sales training, IT, Excel, Finance trainings, compliance related trainings
  • Conceptualizing and effectuating training and development for improving employee productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
  • Identification of training needs and developing learning/training centres for Centre of Excellence.
  • Conducting Assessment Centre to identify Star Employees and their development.

 

Rewards & Recognitions

  • Rewards and recognition through Cluster visits to factories every month recognition of star performer
  • Designing and Implementing financial and non-financial elements of reward management system.

 

IR

  • Ensuring adherence to the statutory compliances with respect to PF, ESIC and other Shops & Establishment related requirements.
  • Handling of internal HR Audits and managing HR Compliances.
  • Ensuring of actions are taken according to Disciplinary Action Matrix for all related incidents.

 

Employee Engagement

  • Employee Engagement- Conduct Employee Satisfaction Survey, Reward & Recognition, Annual Meet, Event celebration, conduct motivational games etc.
  • Administering Employee Engagement Surveys.
  • Engagement Activities

 

Exit Formalities

  • Administering formalities related to Separation- Exit Interview, Clearance, Processing of F&F forms, separation in system, and analysis of reasons for separation to control attrition.

 

 

Others Functions

  • Implementation of HR Policies & procedures in line with core organizational objectives.
  • Visit to Factories once every month and outstation visits once every quarter. Extensive report submitted in order to find out areas of improvement and work with business on the scope of improvement.
  • Preparing and maintaining MIS reports (related to HR & Training) and other operation reports.
  • Office administration and HR vendor management
  • Manpower planning – Introduced skill mapping, gap analysis, recruitment and training need analysis
  • Corporate Social Responsibilities.
  • Oversee the overall personnel functions and administration
  • Checking of contractors & security bills.
