Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and actively pursue sales opportunities.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our hardware products.

Understand customer requirements, recommend appropriate hardware solutions, and provide exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product management, to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives within the assigned territory.

Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hardware sales or a related field, preferably in the technology industry.

Strong knowledge of hardware products, including computers, peripherals, networking devices, and storage solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, articulate product features and benefits, and close sales deals.

Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to overcome objections and win customer confidence.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional departments.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
