Manager - R&D - PPD Division , Hosur Tamil Nadu

Job Description:

Total Experience Required: Min 8 to 10 years of
experience in R&D. in any polymer processing
industry having large varieties of product, which
are technically enriched.

Travel Required: Yes

Position would be reporting to: General Manager – Technical

Job Description:
1) To Develop New Products as per the market & Business requirement
2) Modification of the existing product in line with customer requirement, cost reduction, quality
up gradation , or as per business Requirement
3) To reduce compounding cost without compromise in quality.
4) To make a sustainable process cycle for our products manufactured.
5) Development of local suppliers against imported material suppliers.
6) To explore on possible uses and conversion process for all the by-products of the process used.
7) Any other task assigned by your reporting manager.
8) Preparing stage-wise report for establishing the product for commercialization.
9) Documentation of the product developed like, RM suppliers, RM specification, RM test report,
formulation, SOP, process specification, in-process quality check, product specification.
10) Conducting technical training regarding product and process.

2. Good understanding of R&D systems
