Job Title: General Manager (GM) - Sales

Job Description:

  • Acquisition of Corporate clients looking services for Business Travel Desk, Hotel/ Lodging Desk & Conference and Event Desk.
  • Maintaining communication with all CXO, Key contacts, senior decision makers and Influencers.
  • Added new markets to the company’s portfolio.
  • Offering Technology solutions for Hotel, Conference, Events related services to corporate clients pan India basis.
  • Implementation of New Client through Self booking tool, Onsite and Backend support.
  • Develop Business Plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goal and profitability, Identifying new business opportunities, national account acquisition and business penetration in existing units.

 Required Experience: 

  • Market Exposure of Pan India
  • Hands-on experience in managing & increasing sales revenues, exceeding targeted sales goals, developing profitable and productive business relationships, coordinating with decision-makers, building an extensive client base and market development and strong delivery of Conference & Events.
  • Sound knowledge of driving revenue growth and conducting opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market-share metrics.
  • Comfortable interacting with multiple levels of organization, management and staff.
  • Team-based management style and good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Identification new markets, business opportunities and increased sales

Qualification:

MBA/ Master Degree in in Hotel Management or Sales and Marketing.

Salary:

  • 15 L PA to 18 L PA

Experience:

  • Must have 10+ Years of experience from the similar field
  • Must have handled a team of 50 + Employees at PAN India level
