Job Description:
-Position Title-EXPORTS HEAD (Operations)
-Designation-AGM and above
-Location - Aurangabad (Maharashtra)
-EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION- B.E (MECHANICAL) + MBA (PREFERRED)
-EXPERIENCE- 15-20 years
-SALARY- 15-25 Lakhs
-Responsibilities and Roles :
- Must be responsible for overall operations of Unit/Company which is primarily into exports as tier 1 with prowess in ensuring timely accomplishment of production targets with emphasis on quality and cost
- Monitoring adherence to quality systems
- Experience in handling Auto OEMS and Tier 1 companies
- Must have a valid Passport.
- Should have travelled abroad extensively.
- Additional language such as German/ Japanese is plus.
- Must be into Operational rather than Marketing
- Majorly Dealt with Export customers
