Job Description:

Job Overview: Our company is seeking an experienced Export Import Documentation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all export and import documentation requirements for our company. The candidate will be expected to ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage all export and import documentation, including purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations
  • Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods
  • Verify and ensure accuracy of all documentation before submission to regulatory authorities
  • Keep abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of all export and import documentation
  • Liaise with other departments within the company to ensure smooth execution of all import and export transactions
  • Coordinate with banks and other financial institutions for the issuance and settlement of letters of credit and other financial instruments
  • Provide support to sales and marketing teams on matters related to export and import documentation and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as international business, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in export and import documentation management
  • Strong knowledge of export and import regulations and documentation requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with relevant documentation software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Experience with customs clearance and international logistics is a plus
