Job Description:
- Candidate should be able to deals with the client issues related to licensing, patents trademark law, distribution, copyright, technology transfers, franchising and trade secret projects etc.
- Must have experience in Intellectual Property Law and other Corporate Laws including The Contract Act, Company Law etc.
- Knowledge of Trade Marks, Copyright, Patents, Trade Dress, Trade Secrets, Designs and other Intellectual Property related matters.
- Knowledge of Contract, various types of contracts, MOUs etc.
- Knowledge of the various aspects and procedural tenets pertaining to Arbitration.
- Well versed in drafting legal documents, research, Trade Mark Search Report attending hearings, client dealings etc.
- Making Submissions and Affidavit, attending Show Cause Hearings in the Trade Marks Registry.
- Various types of Agreement drafting including Settlement Agreement, Co-Existence
- Agreement, Compromise Agreement, Licensed User Agreement etc
- Comfortable working in a team as well as independently.
