Job Description:

1.Perform any or all of the tasks associated with general plant operations and field activities including:

2.Breeder to foundation and foundation to certified seed production on Bajara crop.

3.Village selection & Grower selection before sowing

4.Timely lot verification by seed agency after sowing plan

5.Grower registration by seed certification agency.

6.Timely field visit &Timely Rouging plan

7.Responsible for all levels of quality control / quality assurance.

8.Monitored physical & germination test procedures & results.

9.Brainstorming on Production, Planning and quality Control.

10.Direct farmers contact during seed plot inspection.

11.Monitored Seed quality at the time of procurement, processing & packing.

12.Planning of the seed production program according to the management targets.

13.Organize a training program for farmer motivation & update of new techniques. 14.Continuous co-ordination with raw seed organizers as well as packed seed organizers for updating company's policies.

15.Continuous co-ordination with seed certification agency officers.

16.Field visits over throughout the season.

17.Maintaining Poor Detasseling Acres.

18.Giving Detasseling plan to organizers on regular basis.

19.Timely Done Detasseling & Harvesting by Preparing Detasseling, harvesting calendars & regular contact with Coordinators and drier people.

20.Timely male copping & male row routing.

21.90-95% Sorting of Silk, husk, damaged & diseased cobs at Field level during harvesting time.

22.Timely completed all the agronomy practice, timely arrange training program for new agronomy practice & grower awareness.

23.Collection of Village history, Irrigation facility, good soil condition, labors Sources, & Power Supply information

24.Grower Training program arranges for mechanization & implementation

25.Adopting better Field agronomy practices or improved package and practices

26.Identifying the new areas, Proper BS usage

27.A. Extending CSR activity new areas. B. Farmers training in co-ordination with CSR team

28.Maintaining all documents as per SOP, Field as well as system documents

29.Target fixing organizer wise allocation,

30.Identifying the area and organizer

 31.Monitoring and on field training

32.Quality target setting and Training to total field staff including vendors

33.Putting relevant checks and controls in field production and by strict monitoring of key quality processes in field production

34.Right time harvests with right moistures
