Job Description:

Qualification & Experience required –

Graduate from Any Stream,

Minimum 1 year of Sales Coordinating experience in Textile Industry,

Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi,

Should be able to do self-correspondence,

Coordinating with International Customers and various dept. within the organization to fulfill customer queries,

Hands on Excel and Outlook is mandatory.

Head Quarter / Location –            Andheri                                

Job Time - 10:00 To 7:00

Weekly off day – Second Saturday half day (till 4pm) and third Saturday completely off and Sunday off

Hierarchy

Our sales is divided into 2 Zones under 2 Marketing Managers

1)    Europe

2)    Rest of the World

 The Marketing Manager is responsible for sales within their territories,

Each marketing managers have appx. 150 customers and these 150 customers are further divided among 4 – 5 Export Sales Coordinator.

The marketing manager does the promotional activities and in this process he gets development/orders from customers which are then passed on to respective Sales Coordinator, it is then their Job to follow up with sampling, production and logistic dept to get the sample/production delivered on time.

The basic role of coordinator is to satisfy all queries coming from Customer/within organization because he 1 point contact between the both.

Salary range – 3 to 5 Lac CTC. This will vary from candidate to candidate.
