Job Description:
- Adept at handling day to day activities in co-ordination with internal /external departments for ensuring smooth Production operations.
- Experience in updating data to maintain departmental records and database.
- Experience in managing production operation with key focus on the optimal utilization of the resources.
- Implementing quality standards & Internal control plans for manufacturing operations of equipment and machines as well as standards product ensure.
- Responsible to daily shop floor 1S & 2S round.
- Ability of managing a team of more than 40 members in a shift.
- Responsible about production planning And Material Availability.
- Responsible for Delivery Adherence (Daily Communicate to Buyer And Dispatch as per Requirement).
- Monitoring Daily OEE of All Assembly line.
- Monitoring Daily Delivery Reports.
- Monitoring Daily Or Monthly Time Per Operation (TPO)
