Job Description:
- To ensure best health of equipment by having regular Preventive planned maintenance activities.
- Execution of improvement projects as when required
- To develop and implement plant wise preventive maintenance schedule for all equipments and ensure its implementation.
- Identify and update minimum stock requirement for critical spares
- Raise requirement of other spares for procurement
- To attend any break down and followed with detailed root cause analysis. Perform analysis of data and implement action plan evaluated from cause analysis.
- Implement energy saving programme in the organization.
- Ensure safe practices in the function and people.
- Responsible to ensure that all equipment operate as per set standard condition and take a call for planned maintenance to carry of any deviation
- To minimize the break down and ensuring smooth running of the plant
- Maintain and update ISO documents
- Should possess knowledge of PLC/DCS and suggest improvements for better automization of plant
- Responsible for testing of all applicable equipment as per statutory requirement
- Ensure smooth working of the department and maintain high Morale of the Workforce
Provide on Job guidance to sub-ordinates to enhance skills and knowledge
