Job Description:
  • Responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process for jr level and mid level profiles from sourcing to applicant closure.
  • Screening and short listing qualified applicants through portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine and LinkedIn) and validating them on their experience and interest on the
  • Co-ordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listing candidates.
  • Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role.
  • Preparing candidates for interviewing with the clients by providing detailed information about business strategy, job descriptions, and expectation.
  • Co-ordinating with the company and with candidates after company selects the candidate.
  • Negotiating offers with candidates to meet the targets.
  • Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
  • Manage complete joining formalities
  • Look after payroll
