Pre-requisites:

Educational Qualification – B.E / Diploma in Civil engineering

Experience – Min. 1 Year

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site engineer to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team.

The site engineer's responsibilities include managing overall project execution from project initiation to final handover, snag closing, material estimation and procurement, scheduling equipment and vendors, executing service and maintenance tasks as needed, vendor management, site management, preparing costing estimates and billing.

To be successful as a site engineer, you should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of project deliverables.

Ultimately, an outstanding site engineer should be able to interpret design drawings as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the overall work progress at projects.
• Managing, supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors and vendors.
• Analyzing design drawings to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Educating site workers on construction quality and safety parameters.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Preparing and maintain site documentation as per project requirements.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Preparing and validating material and sub-contractor bills.
