Magento Developer
Job Description:
Able to handle coding of Magento templates, developing Magento modules in PHP using best practices, designing themes and interfaces, troubleshooting integration issues, updating website features and security patches, API integration, Payment Gateways, Shipping etc. Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document & deploy application. Thorough knowledge of the Magento system and programming patterns EAV.
Development of custom extensions & modules in Magento. Work on Magento integration with external systems like CMS/CRM/ERP/Payment/Shipping etc.
Responsibilities
- Regularly update our Magento installation
- Install security patches
- Develop new functionality
- Implement front-end changes
Skills Required
- Strong object-oriented programming knowledge
- Very good PHP knowledge
- JavaScript is a must for front-end development
- Extensive LESS & CSS knowledge
- Magento certification is definitely a plus
