Job Description:
- Managing team of counsellors. Ensure appropriate no of counsellor’s on a floor. (Counsellor Recruitment).
- Keep team motivated. Rewards & Recognition.
- Institutional Sale- Visit various Institutes & Corporates.
- Identify (and implement) new market potential.
- Support and monitoring of “Digital Marketing”
- Management of leads (Receiving; Distribution; Monitoring).
- Effective communication with University Authorities.
- 100 % focus on Education Vertical only.
- Ensure “Call Back” leads should not be older than 5 days.
- Monthly Report by 5th of every month.
- Submission of Invoices to respective universities latest by 3rd of month.
- Inform Finance and HR by 3rd of every (Jan/ Apr/ Jul/ Oct) on deductions (if any)
From counselor if they did not achieve mutually agreed targets.
